1. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests made within 2 days of placing the order will be accepted.
- Once your request is approved, refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours.
- Please note: a 5% deduction will apply to cover payment gateway and handling fees.

2. Returns & Refunds (Deliveries Within India)
We offer a 3-day return policy applicable for products delivered within India.
You may request a return only if:
- The product is damaged,
- The shipment is incomplete, or
- The item delivered is incorrect.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@soulscapes.in within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Include supporting photographs and a shipment opening video clearly showing the issue.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 15 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Refunds may be adjusted for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
3. Returns & Refunds (Deliveries Outside India)
Due to customs and logistical constraints, we do not accept return requests for products delivered outside India.
4. Workshops & Digital Products
- Workshop bookings and digital product purchases are non-refundable.
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours after placing your order with the required download links or Zoom access details.
5. Shipping & Packaging
Shipping Within India
- Free shipping is offered on all rolled prints within India.
- Ready to Dispatch timeline:
- Standard prints: 7–10 days
- Custom orders: up to 14 days
Shipment Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
- Online tracking becomes active 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Packaging Standards
- Every order is securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
- Prints are rolled and placed in hard protective tubes, sealed at both ends to prevent damage during transit.
