What This Workshop Is About
In this immersive 4-day online workshop, we will explore how to work with the field of possibility through guided relaxation, creative visualization, sacred geometry and intuitive mandala creation. Each day is designed to deepen our connection with oneself, our intentions and the life we wish to create.
Through this journey, we will learn to:
- Relax and become receptive to possibility
- Use creative visualization with clarity and intention
- Identify and embody qualities that support your vision
- Transform self-limiting stories into empowering beliefs
- Develop authentic affirmations rooted in experience
- Align daily action with your inner vision
- Use mandalas as tools for reflection, embodiment and transformation
The mandala is not just an artwork. It becomes a symbolic container for your intentions, insights and transformation.
