The spiral is one of the oldest and most universal symbols of growth, transformation, and connection. Found in nature, art, and sacred traditions, it reminds us that life is not linear—but a continuous unfolding, where each step leads us deeper into understanding and outward into expansion.
In this session, we’ll explore the symbolism of the spiral as a path of personal and spiritual growth. Through the mandala process, we will reflect on our own journeys—how we evolve, return to ourselves, and remain connected to all of life.
Drawing mandalas can be a meditative, calming experience to access and tap into your inner being enabling one to find the “center” within. Mandala as a tool can help one bring inner balance, relieve stress and guide one along the path of self-knowledge.
In this workshop, we learn and work with sacred geometry, colour resonances, journaling, breathing, music and visualisation. Delving deep within one-self, we connect to the “centre” within – a place of beauty, peace, joy and co-creation.
This is part of a series of exploratory workshops. Each session we will explore a different aspect of our being through the mandala process. Each workshop is independent so you can attend any one or all.
