In this session, we explore how to use a mandala grid to connect with and harmonize the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space— within your own being. Through intentional art, discover a pathway to inner balance and self-awareness.
Each line, shape, and color will guide you toward inner balance, aligning your energies with the natural world.
Drawing mandalas can be a meditative, calming experience to access and tap into your inner being enabling one to find the “center” within. Mandala as a tool can help one bring inner balance, relieve stress and guide one along the path of self-knowledge.

In this workshop, we learn and work with sacred geometry, colour resonances, journaling, breathing, music and visualisation. Delving deep within one-self, we connect to the “centre” within – a place of beauty, peace, joy and co-creation.

This is part of a series of exploratory workshops. Each session we will explore a different aspect of our being through the mandala process. Each workshop is independent so you can attend any one or all.
