Across time and cultures, sacred patterns have been used to connect with the divine, mark thresholds, and invite blessings into our lives. In this session, we explore the power of intentional design through traditional symbols—drawing inspiration from the intricate beauty of kolams and the grace of goddess Lakshmi’s forms.
Through the mandala process, we’ll open a space for reverence and reflection, using pattern, rhythm, and intention to connect with what we hold sacred.
Drawing mandalas can be a meditative, calming experience to access and tap into your inner being enabling one to find the “center” within. Mandala as a tool can help one bring inner balance, relieve stress and guide one along the path of self-knowledge.
In this workshop, we learn and work with sacred geometry, colour resonances, journaling, breathing, music and visualisation. Delving deep within one-self, we connect to the “centre” within – a place of beauty, peace, joy and co-creation.
This is part of a series of exploratory workshops. Each session we will explore a different aspect of our being through the mandala process. Each workshop is independent so you can attend any one or all.
