Flowers open effortlessly to the light, offering us a glimpse of timeless beauty, joy, and grace. In their delicate unfolding, they remind us to pause, to notice, and to reconnect with the wonder that is always present in the world around us.
In this session, we turn to the natural geometry of flowers as a gateway to the light within and around us.Through the mandala process, we will gently open to this radiance—drawing on the quiet strength of petals, patterns, and presence to reconnect with joy, beauty, and something timeless.
Drawing mandalas can be a meditative, calming experience to access and tap into your inner being enabling one to find the “center” within. Mandala as a tool can help one bring inner balance, relieve stress and guide one along the path of self-knowledge.
In this workshop, we learn and work with sacred geometry, colour resonances, journaling, breathing, music and visualisation. Delving deep within one-self, we connect to the “centre” within – a place of beauty, peace, joy and co-creation.
This is part of a series of exploratory workshops. Each session we will explore a different aspect of our being through the mandala process. Each workshop is independent so you can attend any one or all.
