All of creation flows in cycles—the turning of the seasons, the ebb and flow of tides, the rise and fall of the sun, and the rhythm of our breath. These cycles connect us to the world and to our inner selves.
In this session, we’ll use mandalas to discover our own inner rhythm, aligning with the harmony of life’s natural flow.
Drawing mandalas can be a meditative, calming experience to access and tap into your inner being enabling one to find the “center” within. Mandala as a tool can help one bring inner balance, relieve stress and guide one along the path of self-knowledge.
In this workshop, we learn and work with sacred geometry, colour resonances, journaling, breathing, music and visualisation. Delving deep within one-self, we connect to the “centre” within – a place of beauty, peace, joy and co-creation.
