Shakti Yantras for contemplation and inner growth
A ‘yantra’ is a geometric design, used since ancient times for contemplation, concentration and meditation. The word means instrument or machine, and is derived from the Sanskrit yam, meaning to support, and tra, meaning expansion.
Each yantra is a symbolic representation of a deity. The yantras in this set represent the various forms of Shakti — the feminine aspect of the Divine, the embodiment of the power of the Universe, the origin of all life. The practise of connecting with yantras and the energy inherent in them can help one attain self-awareness.
